Light Tempo Workout - Tom Watson Park
Warm Up 15-20 min/Stretch/4 x 30 sec strides
Start 10 min @ marathon effort with 3 min active rest
Then 3 x 4 min @ half marathon effort with 2 min active rest
End 10 min @ marathon effort
Cool Down 5-10 minutes
