The Boulder Striders Running Program is run by
Darren De Reuck. This program is based upon carefully planned group workouts that make running fun. Runners of all abilities enjoy this program as over 90% of the workouts are run on trails around Boulder. The workouts are planned weekly to make a natural progression to preparing a runner for specific events. There are different groups tailored to fit all abilities.

In the fall and winter the Striders travel to out of state destinations. The spring program is geared toward local races.

Runners are welcome to join a session in progress (workouts will be modified to accomodate your fitness level.) So, it is never too late to join the Striders.

Each session starts with a base program to brush out the cobwebs and get you up to speed before the session starts.

An additional program is offered in the gym at Flatirons Athelitic Club building core strength, flexibility, and agility in a fun group setting.

Group training offers a dynamic setting of encouragement and support making running a fun filled experience.
