Darren or Colleen, I know there are a number of us in the Strider group training for Boston, so I thought I would post my question here.
I wanted to know if you would recommend increasing the distance of our Sunday runs at this point in the schedule. In previous marathon training cycles I would have already run at least one 20-miler, but (for example) the Strider schedule calls for a Sunday run of 90 minutes this week, which would probably just give us 11 miles or so.
Any general recommendations on tweaking the schedule for those of us running Boston in April?
