Program starts Monday June 2nd with our first meeting as a group on Wednesday June 4th @ 6:30 am or 5:30 pm
We will have 2 down/light weeks during the training
20 Weeks of GREAT Training and Running with your Fellow Striders
(3 weeks of Base//2 weeks of Down Time//15 weeks of Training)
