--- Early Bird Special --- Pay by June 6th and get a discount!

There will be 2 Training Groups BASED on MEETING times:  A & M with all abilities welcome:
  • 20 Week Training Program consists of 4 weeks base and 16 weeks of Group Workouts.
  • Training begins the week of June 1st (schedule posted on the front page of the website)
  • First meeting Wednesday June 3rd

Dog Gays 10 km Saturday 25th 2015

Mark Moynier ran 42.50 - 5th overall and 1st age group.

Pretty good for a "training " race.

Winter Park Half Marathon 28th June 2015

Mo Espinoza did the race as a training long run,  finishing 12th overall , in 1.56.29.

Way to go, supporting Bolder Striders.
