Summer/Fall Training Program begins the week of June 9th


Prepare for a Marathon: Twin Cities/Boulder/Chicago/Denver or Prepare for a Half Marathon: Boulder/San Jose

  • 19 week training program (4 weeks base / 15 weeks of group workouts)
  • Training begins the week of June 9th (first meeting 6/11)
  • Organized Sunday Group Long Runs
  • Train with other Boulder Strider Members at you goal pace in a non-intimidating atmosphere

  • Boulder Striders is a year-round program, offering three training sessions -- Spring, Summer/Fall and Winter.

Harvest Moon Duathlon 7th Sept 2014

Mike Thompson won is age group in the duathlon- 3.1 mile run/56 mile bike/13.1 mile run in a time of 5.39.01.

Triathlon- Bruce Wilson was 3rd in his age group - 6.42.21
