Fall/Winter Training Program begins the week of October 20th


Prepare for a Half Marathon: Surf City OR Ralston Creek 

16 week training program (4 weeks base /12 weeks of group workouts)

  • Training begins the week of October 20th (first meeting 10/22)
  • Organized Sunday Group Long Runs
  • Train with other Boulder Strider Members at you goal pace in a non-intimidating atmosphere

  • Boulder Striders is a year-round program, offering three training sessions -- Spring, Summer/Fall and Winter.

Turkey Trek 10 km Nov 22nd 2014

Chris Dice won his age group in a time of 49.37 on a very hilly course. His daughter Diana ran 56.30.

Congrats. The training is paying off.
