Prepare for a Half Marathon: Surf City OR Ralston Creek 

16 week training program (4 weeks base /12 weeks of group workouts)

  • Training begins the week of October 20th (first meeting 10/22)
  • Organized Sunday Group Long Runs
  • Train with other Boulder Strider Members at you goal pace in a non-intimidating atmosphere

  • Boulder Striders is a year-round program, offering three training sessions -- Spring, Summer/Fall and Winter.

Metro PCS Dallas Half Marathon Dec 14th 2014

Mark Moynier ran the half in a time of 1.41.08. Great training/racing time.

Good seeing the Boulder Striders racing around the country.

North Face Challenge Half Marathon San Francisco Dec 7th 2014

Kim Wright ran with Eric, her husband, and with an injury, in a tough race in tough conditions.

She ran 2,21,20 and Eric finished 2.03.47.

Tucson Half marathon and Marathon Dec 7th 2014

Margaret Sutherland had a great marathon  in a time of 4.06.45.  A great performance after coming back after surgery.
