(I'm the one without fingers in his mouth.) I have been running with the Boulder Striders since 2007. I enjoy racing pretty much all distances, from the mile to the marathon. Being fairly new to coaching, I'll be acquiring coachly wisdom as time goes on, so I have no pearls to offer. But I love running, and love helping other runners, so I hope we'll all have fun out there!

Henry also started Beyond Limits, coaching people with disabilities to run the Bolder Boulder. Henry has been coaching with the Striders since its inception and has been a true inspiration for runners of all abilities.
