Colleen's running portfolio has 4 Olympics Games.

Don't let that fool you. Colleen is really down to earth and calling a group "Group C" was a bit bland.

During the winter training program she formed the "Desperate Housewives" running group know as "DH". The fun continued as the group was awarded kitchen aprons at the end of the winter training.

She has enjoyed coaching the Striders and offers some flavor to a wealth of running - training knowledge to her group.

kelso3Robert has been running with the Striders for 6 years, or from whenever the Striders came into existence, whichever is longer. He began as a coach for the Striders in the 2006 season. “If you wanted to run with Darren but he's coaching the wrong group, run with Darren's clone instead! Just like Darren, just a bit slower … ok a lot slower! We have the same birthday though which should be worth something.”
