Annual Parlauf Postponed...New Meet Location

Due to the inclement weather coming thru on Friday...we will postpone the Annual Parlauf

until Saturday December 19th...and we will meet at Tom Watson Park this Saturday December 12th.

Workout this Saturday will be a continuous Tempo.
