Boston Group Meeting!!!

There will be an informal Boston Group Meeting on Wednesday February 10th @ 9:00 am at Vic's Espresso off of 30th/Diagonal. I'll discuss training days and workouts, as well as answer any questions you may have. Because some cannot attend the 9:00 am meeting, I will do it again that evening @ 5:30 pm at Amante on North Broadway. Please let me know which meeting time you will be attending.
